Refund Policy

At CEO NovaPeak, we value fairness and transparency in all client engagements. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments may be refunded, partially or in full.

1. General Conditions

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Consulting engagements often involve significant preparation, therefore not all fees are refundable. Any exceptions will be clearly outlined in the engagement agreement.

2. Cancellation Before Services Begin

If you cancel your engagement before consulting work begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any administrative or preparation costs already incurred.

3. Cancellation After Services Have Begun

Once services are in progress, refunds are generally not available. In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered for unused hours or deliverables, at the discretion of CEO NovaPeak.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Deposits paid to secure consulting engagements.
  • Completed workshops, training sessions, or delivered reports.
  • Custom frameworks, resources, or intellectual property developed specifically for the client.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions). In such cases, refunds will not be guaranteed but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing with details of your engagement and reason for the request. All refund decisions will be communicated within 14 business days.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Bend, Oregon.
