Refund Policy

At Nova Peak Aquarium Care, we care deeply about customer satisfaction and aim to provide the highest quality aquarium cleaning and maintenance services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments may be refunded.

1. General Conditions

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Because our services involve scheduling time, staff, and materials in advance, not all payments are refundable. However, we strive to handle all refund requests fairly and transparently.

2. Cancellation Before the Scheduled Service

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price may apply.

3. Cancellation After the Service Has Begun

Once our cleaning or maintenance service has started, refunds are generally not available. If a portion of the service cannot be completed due to reasons beyond your control, we may offer a partial refund or a service credit for future use, at the discretion of Nova Peak Aquarium Care.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Deposits or booking fees paid to secure service appointments.
  • Services that have already been fully completed.
  • Custom aquarium care plans or consultations that have been delivered.

5. Quality Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a re-service, service credit, or partial refund.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control — including natural disasters, severe weather, illness, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed but may be reviewed individually.

7. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with your order details, appointment date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 14 business days.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Bend, Oregon.
